Clark Atkins became the senior pastor of First Church Siloam Springs in July 2017. He holds a Master of Divinity degree with Honors from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Ky. Clark and his wife, Sherry, have two children: Allison and Sophia.
Three things he values about pastoral ministry:
His passion for ministry: Working with the church to create vitality and to make disciples of Jesus Christ by continuously discovering the story and the mission field that is First Church Siloam Springs and then working with the congregation to share that story and engage in that mission field. |

Manny joined the FCSS team in November 2013. He completed his Master’s of Theology in May 2013 from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary as well as a Bachelor Degree in Theology from Central Bible College. Manny and his wife Ashley have three children: Miah, Isaiah, and Emma. He enjoys reading (theological biographies), hanging out with his wife, and is an avid Broncos fan!
His desire is to see that both children and youth become more exegetical in their thinking about God, deeper in their union with Christ, and more missional in their activities by the power of the Holy Spirit. |

Lynn joined our team as Administrative Asst in August of 2020 and as worship leader in April of 2023. She graduated from Central Bible College in 1987 with a diploma in Sacred Music and completed her AAS in Accounting from Ivy Tech Community College in 2007. Lynn served in youth, pastoral, church planting, and worship ministries alongside her late husband, Rev. Jim Severn for 22 years. After his passing, God brought her back together with her high school sweetheart, Rev. Dr. Jim Blankenship who teaches Bible and biblical languages at John Brown University. Their greatest joy is spending time together at their home in the country. Lynn also loves decorating her home, working in her yard, and hanging out at quaint coffee shops.
In 2013, Lynn published her memoir, “Is it God or Am I Crazy?” in order to share how God guides our every step if we but listen and follow his voice. Lynn believes worship is more than a set of songs; it is an avenue through which we connect with our Heavenly Father. It is there in His presence that we find grace, forgiveness, guidance, peace, healing, and transformation |

Jim Blankenship earned a JD from Vanderbilt University School of Law, an MATS with concentrations in both Old and New Testament Studies from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Religious Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Jim has taught Bible and biblical languages full time over 20 years. He has been privileged to teach, present papers, or lead seminars in five countries. Jim enjoys spending time with his wife Lynn. He is an avid reader and a lifelong Cubs fan. Jim sees the entire Bible telling, preaching, or meditating on a single story. His passion is helping others gain tools and methods to understand the Bible better. |
